      On August 16 2022we signed a contract with John * ****** the third related to the purchase of approx 16 windows with low e argon screens locks cap exterior sill and encasements in black coil stock also clean and haul away job debris terms of sale approx half down the rest on completion spoke with John in November when job was to be started he stated that they were behind schedule had three crews working and would get to us in December to install our windows we have called numerous since he will not answer messages left or answer his phone it goes straight to voice mail. Please help us.

      Entered into a contract to have an exterior door and storm door installed. I was given a time frame of 6-8 weeks for the installation to be completed. I gave a $*,***.** deposit to the owner **** ****** which he cashed the following day, I contacted Mr. ****** on week 7 to check on the status of my job order, He indicated he did not have an updated for me and would get back to me (which he never did) after weeks of me contacting him via text messages (I have the messages printed out supporting my claim) and him giving me every excuse under the sun and broken installation appointments where he never showed up I asked for my deposit back. He told me via text he would not return to me. I sent him a certified letter/return receipt requesting the return of my deposit. I am prepared to take him to court, file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's or whatever legal avenues are open to me. His contract is "One Sided" all for his benefit.

      Took my money, 6 months ago , no windows, no update . He never call . He done this with everyone. Don’t deal with him . Check other 20 complaints filed with BBB Alert Alert Be careful. He is a scammer . He has no products but keep selling windows he never has and keep getting deposit from customers by telling them, it will be done within 8-12 weeks . Big fat lier .       Gridiron installed the wrong color coil trim on the outside of my windows and has not responded to fixing the problem. Window installation began May 9, 2022. On December 28, 2020 in a text message I had told him I wanted the outside coil trim to be white and he stated "That is perfect. No problem at all." He installed tan trim. On July 15, 2022 I informed him that one of the windows was cracked. He stated he would order a replacement. He is not responding to my calls or messages and I am attempting to resolve this without taking him to court. I called *** ****** to see if they could check on my replacement today and I am waiting to hear back from them.

      On April 7, 2022, my husband and I contracted to have our front window replaced as well as a new bathroom window. These were to be installed by July/August 2022. To this date, windows have not been installed. We have contacted this business and they say we cannot cancel. According to the contract that was signed, there is no time limit on cancellation, only that the company would take/keep 40% of our deposit. It has been over 7 months, no windows and nothing from the business. What can we do? Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

      I had a large front window installed, the 2 end windows are sliders. The slider on the left was installed upside down, the chalking was horrible. I immediately called the owner who assured me everything was suppose to be like this. In January, I had frost forming on the inside on my window sill. I took a picture and texted it to him, I spoke with him on the phone, he assured me this would be taken care of. I have never heard back from him, I call and leave messages weekly, no response. Now when a gust of wind hits the window, it rattles and my blinds move from the air coming in. I have pillow cases tucked around the window to keep the outside air out.
