My truck has been in his shop going on 4 months now! It sit outside of the garage for nearly 2 months and had nothing done on it at all. I understand he has to keep money flowing in but it doesn’t take this long to fix a truck when he told you approximately 2 weeks. If he wasn’t capable of doing the job then he should have said so. He does good work but it shouldn’t take this long to fix something. I just want my truck back and not be charged anymore for just sitting on his lot. He said these things take time but it shouldn’t take this long. Plus he has gotten $1100.00 about 2 weeks after he had it and then another $800 after about 6 weeks. I’ve never heard of someone charging like this before. Something is fishy here. .Initial Complaint

I dropped my boat off at Humphrey and Son in June of 2021. I paid him$2000 and he promised to have my boat fixed by July 4th. We had plans July 4th and July 5th and he sad it would be done. I have checked back with him for 11 months now and my boat is not fixed. I did not get to boat at all in 2021 and we want our boat back. Every time I go in or call he has an excuse and says it will be ready in 7 days.Customer response

I just wanted to let you know that I did receive my boat back from Humphrey and Son Auto Service on June 23 2022. We have taken our boat out twice and it is running perfectly. We are very happy to have our boat and are appreciative of your assistance.
