            I have had bed bugs for the last 5 months and they’ve came and treated but still have not gotten rid of the issue. I’m still getting bites everywhere and when I tell them they just kinda say I’m lying. I’ve had to throw out 3 couches out now, my bed, my kids beds. I’ve had to throw everything out bc they will not resolve this issue. I have asked to be moved apartment complex’s and they haven’t done that, no one comes to my apartment. No one stays here, all the furniture I’ve gotten I’ve had looked over before I brought it in. But I was even getting bit when there was absolutely no furniture here and they still told me the problem was solved. I’m so tired of having 5-6 new bites a day and spending money I really don’t have on new furniture every month bc they tell me I’m good to go when clearly I’m not.

            They're not operating to help the needs of the public that's in need. They filed and won several evictions during the pandemic period when evicting was haulted for nonpayment. They tell you you're getting evicted for whatever they don't like causing you to not pay rent because you saved your money to try and move, then they file the eviction for failure to pay rent. They send you to resources that will pledge "x" dollars for your rent and then deny the pledge and file eviction in court for failing to pay rent. Security takes pictures through your window's into your apartments and harass tenants they don't like. They've evicted tenants for using their legally prescribed medication stating "we don't care if the police department says it's legal or the government does, we don't." Lie in court, delays in doing reviews and ignore the problematic crime issues on their properties.
