Work that was promised to be completed in 2-4 days was not complete after over 3 months company did not level the home or fix the the foundation issues and caused additional problems crews and company left worksite trash and materials in the front yard, under the home and did not dispose of it like contracted I gave the company many opportunities over 3 months to address the issues which I brought to the owner immediately in writing and was never resolved owner tried changing the price of work contracted and did not complete what was written in bids crews hit an electrical wire which we had to have repaired at our cost work was patched multiple times, which left materials chopped and screwed together, floors buckling and huge gaps between boards crews destroyed new boards, plywood and other materials we paid for with inadequate tools (using hand saw to cut boards which required table saws) and took chunks out of walls by hitting boards down instead of cutting to size crews did not secure wood, there were load bearing walls with no support which caused major wall damage piers set in concrete have crumbled as they did not set the base or block level delays in contracted time caused financial burdens and required us to extend costly rentals
