      Armada was hired to come to my home after my water heater flooded the house and remove the flooring and baseboards and replace all the damage from the water heater after I filed a home insurance claim. The job was supposed to be completed in approximately 4 weeks and took months. They did not order the flooring for the house so I had to purchase it to get it delivered on time to prevent having to pay more in hotel fees as the job was still not completed and the money allowed for hotels from the insurance company was running out. The replaced the flooring and within 2 weeks of moving back in my home the floor had already lifted. I have contacted the company multiple times and finally someone came to look at the floor in mid November 2021 - 4 months ago and agreed that the flooring was not done properly and said they would be back on Friday that week to fix the flooring and the issues with the doors in my home not being put back on correctly. It is now mid April 2022 nearly a year and a half after the flooring was done and the issue is still not corrected and I haven't received a response from the company other than emails from them requesting "a check for the mitigation services and partial payment for the rebuild" that was done incorrectly. I would never recommend this company it has been a headache from the beginning.

      Armada did complete mitigation and rebuild services in a timely manner. There were delays with insurance approval and COVID related delays as well that were beyond our control. Armada takes customer satisfaction very seriously and sincerely regrets that the customer is not satisfied. We have tried to work with this customer in every way possible. This claim is over a year and a half old with a pending balance over $23,000. Our company has not been paid a dime for any work we have done on this job and her insurance company has paid for our services. The repairs to the floor referenced in the complaint were minimal and caused by issues outside of our control - which have been repaired to her satisfaction at this point.  We have been and will continue to try and communicate with this customer to ensure that all of her needs are taken care of. We sincerely want her to be happy with all of our services and we would appreciate prompt payment for our work - it has been a year and a half and we haven't received any money for the work that we have done. As stated in customer complaint we have asked to be paid for the mitigation services and a partial payment for the rebuild which has been overdue for well over a year. We would have been more responsive if the customer had showed any interest in paying for our work. There is no reason that we shouldn't have been paid for mitigation (for drying the structure) and a partial payment for the rebuild. The customer could have held the final payment until the floor issues she complained about were corrected. The problem she complained about was repaired in less than 4 hours. We have followed up with her since those final repairs were made, she said she was satisfied with the repairs but she still shows no interest in paying the invoice and is non responsive to discuss payment. We look forward to getting this resolved promptly.

      I am rejecting this response because: this company has not been in contact with me in regards to the flooring not being done correctly which was not due to issues outside of their control it was due to them not doing their job correctly. They have not been "paid a dime for their work" because they did not complete the job to my satisfaction and I refuse to pay for a job that was not done. I am extremely unhappy with the services the company has provided and the lack of resolution for over a year. If the company wanted "prompt payment for their work" they should have done the job correctly over a year ago. The "correction" to the flooring issue was done a week ago and since they have not received payment in one week even though they took over a year and a half to come back regarding their error they sent me to a collections agency per their receptionist. I would never recommend this company they are awful to work with and their work is not done to the customers satisfaction.
