My car has been in the shop for 3 months now for one problem and that one problem turned into 30 other problems and they ignore me every day I call to check on my car Corprate wont answer the phone after I made 2 complaints and no one has ever called me back after those 2 tries and I was told that theyre district manager would call me back but never has please help!!!Business response

I talk to them daily. They are working on it daily. It was a complete motor job so it was going to take a little longer as expected. We have to tear the entire motor apart. We are at the shops mercy as to when they can get it done.

In November 2021 I financed a car from altus ******** America's Car-Mart. Within 6 days the check engine light came on I went to the mechanic they said I could use my warranty with, he turned the light off and said it misfired because of cheap gas. In February I had to move to Washington. In March the check engine light comes on again, I take it to a shop in the diagnosis is the power steering pump and rack is damaged due to low fluid but he didn't understand because the fluid was full. I verified with Car-Mart that this is covered under my warranty but they are refusing to cover the costs because they say they are too high. I have been requesting a list of vendors they accept to do mechanic work and have not been given any information and it's been over a week. Because I am in Washington state now the price of everything including labor is higher I don't understand how I can have something covered under my warranty but they won't pay for it. Additionally I still have not received the registration to be able to put it in my name. At first they told me they were getting it from someone in Texas needed to put it in their name so I can put it in my name and it should be less than a week. Then they told me they had no notes on it and I would have to speak to the manager but the manager also didn't know what was going on so said he would look into it and call me back no one ever calls me back so I called in to check on it again and they yet again said they have no notes and need to look into it. This has happened at least 6 times with no resolution. Every time I am told I will get a call back wait a few days and don't hear anything so I call them and they act clueless and tell me they'll look into it and call me back I need this resolved so I can put the car I'm paying for in my name and I need the services that are covered under my warranty to be provided to me. I have tried many times talking to the employees but can't seem to get it sorted out.
