This man david/dalton did not provide the services in the contract and when asked for a refund he refused. He primed 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom when he was contracted to prime and paint 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and all ceilings. He provided a contract for almost 4 grand (we paid half up front), he later sent another email and invoice demanding another $950 because he "forgot to include the cost of the paint". He lied about several issues (on camera) and we had to call sherrwin williams just to get the truth about the paint cost that he brags he only charges the cost his company pays which was a lie). My wife told him not to be at the house past 7:30pm and he REFUSED to leave until 10:30 pm. My wife was alone with this man and insanely nervous because he kept stopping work to talk to her (all of this was recorded via indoor cameras mind you) and getting in her personal space WITH HER VISABLY BACKING AWAY ON CAMERA! He lied to his wife about me being special forces to "do us a favor" (also caught on camera)). He lied about the cost of the paint and refused to produce receipts (all texts saved by the way) and then when we dissolved the contract based on his behavior and lies (all caught on camera and via texts), he refused. When he dropped off the paint that he refused to refund (which yes we understand paying for the paint, but he lied about the cost and charged 3 grand for services he didn't even do (ontop of the 2 grand he asked us to pay later), he also didn't even bring back the primer so he just straight up stole that). He sat in our driveway intimidating my wife until she had to text him and tell him to leave (also on camera and via text) he wrote his own 5 star reviews which he also admitted via text which we will happily provide screenshots of the entire conversation via apple screen record to anyone that wants it. He just text my wife and told her she has 48hrs to reinstate the contract. We will be adding harassment charges to the lawsuit.
