I was charged on multiple occasions $35 fees for unknown reasons when I had money in my account. I deposited $2000 over two days by mobile banking and they held the deposit just to charge me a $ 35 fees. They always hold daily pay and my direct deposit on the same days they are charging these fees.I have spoken to several people and left message to only get the respond there's nothing we can do. This is not fair to customers they are just trying to find a way to get money.Business response

Red River Federal Credit Union located in Altus, Oklahoma does not have a member with the name of Detra Johnson. After looking on our system and then at the information provided it looks that Ms. Johnson may have an account at Red River Employees FCU located in Texarkana, TX. We are not affiliated with that credit union and therefore wish this complaint be removed from our company.
