My wife started the process of getting dentures at this location a almost 18 months ago. They kept cancelling appts saying the dentist wouldn't be in or they were closed even tho the appt had already been made. Today(8/3/22) my wife got a call saying her appt was cancelled again tomorrow. They've already been paid the 5k for the work that should have been finished in November. We've had to cancel trips vacations etc... Because my wife cannot eat some things.Business response

Comment added by ******************** staff... I only had a limited time left on my insurance. They said that was ok. It would all be done. I pd **** dollars n the did not file insurance until after my date. The dentist, hygienist, ************* all said no problem. I can send u all my paperwork if u give me an address. Please help. I don&#**;t have the **** They now say I owe.Business response
