  About April 22, 2021 myself and the business owner, ***************************, agreed to have work done on my home. We agreed to many things, however the ones I paid for which were not completed was for the foundation to be leveled and fixed, and to lay new flooring. The 05/21/21 invoice reflects the following were paid in full; 1. foundation repair (labor for ******* and material for $500.00), 2.flooring install (labor ******* and material - purchased myself). For the last 11 months, he has said he would send someone out to complete the agreed on and paid for work. Some people have shown on occasion, however they came to look at the job and not finish the work. Ultimately for almost the last year, he's been saying just enough to keep me from filing a complaint because he promises to finish the work, promises to send someone out to fix the ******************** and trim. Since the foundation was not correctly fixed to begin with, but the new flooring was mostly laid down, the foundation is not stable or leveled and the floors are starting to sag.

  Well that is not the truth she still owes me ******* dollars, and have spent over ******* dollars out of my pocket to make it right. The foundation work was only around ******* and that was to do part of the house for material and labor in which we did, and I am still trying to come up with more money to finish her up, and she also went behind my back with my worker and had him price to paint her house as well she is a total joke.

  He wrote "well that is not the truth" however he did not provide any evidence to support his claims, including that; (1) I owe him money, (2) that he has paid money or (3) that I am a total joke.  I provided supporting documentation to reflect the cost of labor and materials as well as evidence that I had paid $8000.00 to him for foundation work. As a business owner he should know exact costs and estimates he quoted to me as well as exact amounts I paid him and not have to guess by saying around $7000.00. 

  
  I empathize with his trying to come up with money as I had the same struggle every time he demanded money from me for projects that had not been complete and threatened to walk away from the project if I didn't pay.   I've paid him a total of $13,150.00 (that includes the $8000 for foundation). The majority of the total is for labor, with only sheet rock repaired.
  

  ******* has never been inside or to my home, and its been 11 months.  He hasn't seen the work that was supposedly done by his people, or to check on them.

  
  Regarding the part where he said I went behind his back.  First of all,I can hire anyone that I want who is willing to work and in this case, it was to paint.  If he has a problem with that, he should stop trying to bully and harass me and focus on his employee who solicited me for the work.

  
  The fact that he called me a total joke speaks volumes to his professionalism (lack of) and how he regards this old widow woman.  I'm sure my supplying money for jobs that were not done was a joke to him, I'm sure he had lots of laughs about me since he called me a total joke.  
  

  To have this resolved, I'd like the foundation repaired correctly and any needed repairs to the new flooring, sheet rock, doors or windows that *** be caused from repairing the foundation and leveling the floors.
