Starting October 23 i have had issues with my subscription. I have the same issues as the other complaints. I have emailed and reached out on ******** with no response. I have enjoyed my shirts for I believe 4 years and have never had a problem until now. I have been charged 7 months (180$) and have not received the product . I really just need to know if this is going to be fixed or if its going to continue going like this Im trying to find out if I need to cancel my subscription which I really dont want toBusiness response

I signed up for a monthly tee shirt subscription. They kept charging me but stop sending me the shirts. I have been charged for July 2023, October 2023, November 2023, December 2023, twice in January 2024 and March 1st 2024 but I have not received any of those orders. They continue to charge me but I get nothing that was promised in a monthly subscription. I have contacted them before and was told they would be sending out the shirt but I have received nothing as of 3/1/24 . I received an email again saying they were changing me again for a subscription I am not receiving. I have been patient with them and I have been a customer for years. I joined the monthly subscription because it was fun to have a new cute shirt each month and it makes me sad you have chosen to take customers money and not send them the shirts. I want a full refund for July, October, November,December, two in January, and one took out today March 1st 2024. I have sent 2 emails asking them to cancel it before March went through but it still hasn't been canceled. I also sent an email asking for a refund of the items I was charged for but didn't receive and got no reply from them at all. It even shows in my order history that I was charged but the order was unfulfilled. July 5th 2023- $15.39 October 10th 2023-$15.39 November 5th 2023-$16.94 December 1st 2023-$16.94 January 1st 2024-$16.94 January 17th 2024-$16.94 March 1st 2024-$16.94 Total = $115.48Business response

This customers complaint are valid. We have had multiple issues for the last 18 months and have let orders fall the cracks. I will start refunding the orders in question. As a show of good faith, we will ship 3 shirts at no cost to the customer at no charge. Hopefully, in the future they will try doing business with us again.

I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I hope they actually follow through with what they have said. Because I have called them last year and was told things would be resolved but nothing happened and then I tried to call and emailed many times this year and could not get them to answer the phone nor reply to my emails.
It makes me sad because we all work hard for our money and we deserve to be able to trust a company we purchased from.
I was a customer for over a year and loved getting a new shirt every month and supporting a small business but then it suddenly stopped. I wouldn't get the shirts but I was still being charged for them. And what was worse is the company just ignored me when I would try and resolve this.Initial Complaint

Missing orders paid for on: 5/1/2024, 3/1/2024, 1/14/2024, 1/1/2024 12/1/2023. 10/30/23 Have sent various request for status and received no response to emails.Posted status request on their ******** page and was told to send an email to a different email (which I had researched and already found). When I responded that I had already sent to that email, no response to email that was sent and no response to ******** post.I put one last comment on ******** that if I did not hear from them I would have no other recourse but to contact BBB. This business is still in business. I am attaching a recent communication that now gives us a different email address to reach out to them. I did send them an email with all of the details, but did not receive a response.

My sincerest apologies for the delays with your orders.
My mother passed away and I am now the caregiver for my 91 yo grandmother. Her dementia is getting worse and shes have more health problems.
We a team of three employees and ** just having trouble keeping up with everything.
We have put plans in place to help us get caught up. We are implementing these plans now and are currently working on shipping orders.A full refund will be issued.
We wish you the very best and hope youll give us another chance in the future.
