    On Sunday, October 22, 2023, between 12:30pm and 1:00pm, I ordered 2 large almond milk hot lattes through the phone app and when we got there we told them at the driveup speaker that we were there for our order. They told us to drive up to the window and they would work on our drinks. They let us set there a couple minutes before the girl decided to tell us that they did not have enough almond milk. I asked for a refund and she said they cannot refund money that is done through the app. I told her why not, all the other locations refund me when they don't have something to fill my order. She said that they could not refund but she could give me coconut milk. I don't usually do coconut milk because it is so much higher in calorie and fat and not on my diet at all and cows milk gives me and my husband both stomach pain. She kept insisting that she could not refund our money, so we had no choice but to go with the coconut milk and the drinks tasted awful. When I got the receipt in my email it said I could reply to the email with any issues, so I did. They responded saying the manager would contact me in 3 business days and the manager never contacted me. I emailed them again on 10/28 and they responded today 10/30 that they are reaching out to the Bartlesville manager again. I have included the emails and the receipt in pdf files.
