      I hired these people to be our dj for my December 2nd wedding, in 2021. They provided terrible service, made several of my guest uncomfortable, and didn't play any of the requested songs I had asked for (even when he said he bought them for my wedding), he did not tell me that he would be bringing his children or that they would be taking photos of the wedding. He yelled at our chapel's director, made me feel terrible about where the chapel was, and the walk to the chapel. Ron made rude comments about my music choices, and what I did for a living. played the wrong songs for my ceremony. very unprofessional. I'm not the first person that they've done this to.

Furthermore, the client did not find it necessary to sign a contract after we requested one to be signed. I sent a very detailed email. Which I will attach here. Im not here to attack your business. You are highly unprofessional and should not be in this business if you're going to act like you did at my wedding. I will also FORWARD email I sent on the 3rd. The literal day after my wedding. Also, I NEVER received a contract to SIGN. No one told me that you were bringing literal children to my wedding, you also NEVER told me that you planned on taking photos. I would have never agreed to those terms had I known. We continue to provide our most sincere sympathy to both ladies for their misunderstandings. We operate our business very close to our heart and lookout for our "Brides", when our brides fail to communicate their instructions to us, then there is not a lot we can do to make them happy. These are the first two women whom has been unhappy with our services in 18 years. We spoke with the Chapel Director on 03/08/2022, and she relayed on a recorded line that she observed no disrespect, or unprofessionalism out of any of our staff the two days of ******.'s rehearsal/wedding. We provided both ladies 150% of our very best, and much of what is coming from both of these ladies are totally not true and outside that of personal opinion. Many of the songs ******. requested were not played because she was looking very ill, and advised us she ate something wrong and was calling it a short evening. The Classic Rock that was played were the tracks she chose herself for her cocktail and dinner hours. No one either the ******. or any of her other folks advised us to play any other portion of her play list ahead of opening the dance floor. We are extremely apologetic that neither of these two ladies are happy with the services and lengths we took to make their day special for them. They each paid us for a premium DJ service and we fully believe we provided them with the VERY BEST we could given the lack of information provided to us by either lady. One final note, as for ******.'s claim she emailed us the day after her wedding is just not true, we have searched our server as well as our mail box from anything from ******. and there was nothing received. We wish these two ladies nothing less than a super; happy and healthy marriage and long friendship with one another. We truly wish each of them the very best of God's love and prosperity. Here are 2 more women who were also unhappy with your services. 1) I am not friends with ******* she did provide a link to the BBB so I could file a complaint. If I had known there was a page here on the BBB, I would have filed a complaint sooner. 2) I am again providing the EMAIL I sent you on December 3rd, 2021. From me to your management email. Something you guys have very much ignored. 3) I did have a headache the day of my wedding, and did cut my reception short because of this. I never said "I ate something bad" but this doesn't excuse the fact that you never played those songs. The songs I specifically asked for. 4) I am unhappy with your services and your responses. If you look at your reviews, so so many people are upset with your services. 5) I just hope you understand why we are upset. I'm telling the absolute truth here. No ill intent. I'm not here to attack your business, you or your family. I'm standing up for myself, and am telling you how bad your services were. That this complaint and reviews are justified. You unfortunately, won't accept your actions.

      I used Time Stopper DJ services for my wedding on February 17, 2022. I should have backed out when Ronald Fetters had me pay the deposit at his home. After booking him, he swore he was a lawyer, priest, and doctor. He would call late at night and tried to scam me (which I didn't find out about until yesterday) with a COVID cleaning fee. He said his insurance (through Accord) required he spray down the venue before setting up and it was going to be $300 about 2-3 weeks before the wedding. He then tried to say he would not charge me and just to tip him. I asked my coordinator through the venue after cleaning up on my wedding day and she said he had done nothing to the venue and said nothing to her. Both Ronald and his wife ********* ******* were extremely unprofessional. Upon arriving to rehearsal, he made a comment regarding my body. He then pulled me aside for multiple unneeded things and made everyone extremely uncomfortable, even stating my bridesmaid would look better if she smiled. He also brought his children. They were extremely unbehaved, fighting, talked through the ceremony, blocked my photographer, and he would send them to tell me to go to him. My privacy for my wedding was completely invaded by this family. They proceeded to do this after my coordinator told them to keep their kids away from everybody due to how they were acting. What appalled me the most other than the blatant lies and constant disrespect was Ronald coming to sit next to me and talk about my father daughter dance when I was trying to watch my new husband do his mother son dance, which he also announced as "mommy son dance" which was extremely distasteful. His excuse was he wanted to try to find a way to honor my deceased father when I was already doing that by dancing with my uncles, after I already told him to just announce it as the father daughter dance. The music quality was terrible. He also issues cease and desists to anyone to who shares their same experience to warn others.

We shall honor the BBB's policy and by making sure any mention of the client's name is removed. We do apologize for the length of time it has taken to respond to this request, it is really hard to defend things that did not happen. Every part of this response is an excuse to make their actions seem appropriate. As such, I request all security footage from his lighting to be reviewed, unedited and uncut. The sound quality was not superior as the speakers kept cutting out when my guests were dancing. Changes being made at rehearsal were not being made by myself, and even my coordinator made comments about the company being overbearing and constantly sending someone to bring me to the dj booth, to which my coordinator offered to step in and make him only speak to her or my maid of honor. As for 8, that should NEVER be appropriate and should have been pulled without asking the photographers, as someone who you described as teen aged should not have been in that position. I would like to clarify many guests left early due to the static sounds in the speakers and being unable to breathe through the fog. The whole wedding ended early because everyone was trying to get away from this company.
