My roof was done on 6/21. Gutters were done 6/29. I have not received an invoice to pay for their services. I have called three times to request the invoice so I can pay and close my insurance claim to allow me to switch insurance companies. I keep getting told they will get to it, but they don't know when. I just want to pay for the services rendered and get the claim closed out so I can switch insurance companies. All American is literally costing me money now because I am unable to switch insurance companies while I have an open claim.

Spoke with the Home owner about the invoicing.  Explained we were backed about a week on invoicing with the 4th of July holiday and apologized as we have had a few people out on vacation and one of our members on the production staff who helps on invoicing has been out for a few weeks with a back injury.  Sent over the invoice the next day and she has sent in her first insurance check.  We have communicated a few times with her and she seems completely satisfied with all the work on the home.  Sorry for the delays on the official email, I was on Vacation with my family and got back a few days ago and wanted to verify all the information.

      thanks.

I am writing regarding hail damage repairs to my home at ***********************. My home sustained hail damage on April 28. 2021 and All American Roofing was contracted to do the repairs. The gutters were replaced on Friday October 8, 2021. I have contacted the company several times about the gutters not being acceptable. I contacted the gutter installer Friday evening after they first left because the job was left uncompleted. The team returned to complete the work but the gutters are very poor quality and were not installed correctly. It has now rained several times since they were installed and every time they leaked significantly at every seam even during normal rain that was not very heavy or hard. The gutters also bow out when it rains because there is not enough support brackets and they do not seem to be level. I pointed this out to the gutter installer, but I do not know how much he understood. I have taken videos of the gutters during rain that shows how badly they leak. This is not acceptable. I do not want to finish paying for the gutters until everything is done correctly. The last time the gutter installers came out, they repositioned the gutters to slant so now some areas have the gutters higher than the roof area and they push up against the shingles and it is causing the wood trim around my front porch to separate. This was not like that before these gutters were placed and then repositioned. I had another gutter installer assess the work and they saw numerous issues. I have contacted several people at All American Roofing regarding the gutters and the issues with them and have been told several times that other customers have also had complaints with their gutters. The final area of concern is that the front south bedroom double window has still not been replaced. It was measured in May. I have asked about the window but have been told they are still waiting.

We installed the gutters on October 8th 2021. Homeowner called in to complain that the
gutters were overflowing and that we needed to inspect them. We had the gutter installer
go back and meet with the *******'s and make changes to the gutters. On October 20th
2022 we also had a hail storm go through the same neighborhood with 2" hail per
Accuweather. We had one of our production managers go to the property on November
27th to take additional photos. Homeowner then called back on 12/2/21 to state he would
not pay for the gutters till there is a resolution. We were previously working on having
another one of our gutter contractors at the property with owners to examine the
complaints on the gutters. Unfortunately we have not been able to set a time over the past
3-4 weeks with the weather being an issue and the other gutter contractor out of town.
We have since set a date for the 3rd party to go meet with the Homeowner on Tuesday
March 8th. I am currently also meeting with the Homeowner on Friday March 4th at
1030am to see if we can come to a resolution. I personally spoke with the homeowner on
Monday and again today to try to facilitate a resolution. The Homeowner stated He thought
it was code to install the drip edge inside the gutters. I've checked with the City of Norman
and the City of Oklahoma City and 2 other gutter installers. Based on the two city code
officers and two gutter installers it is not code for the drip edge to be in the gutters. I've
also read the Architectural sheet metal manual for clarifications and nothing states that the
drip edge must be installed on residential homes with 1" x 2" trim. We also have pictures of
his fascia before we installed the gutters. Unfortunately with age and weathering new
gutters don't also sit completely flush with the fascia that has aged and has previous screw
holes in the wood. At this point I think we will come to a resolution tomorrow after
      speaking with Mr. *******.
Regarding the window replacement we received confirmation today that the windows have
come into the supplier. We will be picking the window up Monday and installing the same
week. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it is taking 20-24 weeks to get certain windows
and the manufacturer isn't given exact days, just timelines. We have stated this previously
to the homeowners. The contract date was in the middle of August. We do not order
windows before contracts are finalized. We also have to have the window installer come
measure exact sizes after the contract is finalized as you are ordering to a 1/8" size for
manufactures. I explained this to the homeowner on Monday and he seemed okay with my
      answer.
Mr ******* has been fine to work with in this situation and we thought the process was
coming to a finish before the complaint. The H.O. stated he didn't realize his wife put the
complaint into the BBB. We will be working to get everything complete as soon as possible.
      Thanks,
