            9/23-2021 to 9-25-2021 We paid 2001.40 in materials some of which they took when we terminated the contract. We also paid 1/2 of the labor in the amount of 1505.00. We contracted them to demo lath and plaster walls in one bedroom, level the floor in that room, insulate the walls of that room, drywall and paint that room, and insulate the front attic of our house. In addition we wanted 4 other rooms painted. They did some of the demo of the plaster of the walls, partially leveled the floors, and very sloppily painted parts of two of the other rooms. They showed up late the first day they contracted to be here, did not come at all the second, and spent 11 hours here on the last day and, got maybe 1-10th to possibly 1-4th of the work completed. They painted over the switch plates in our master bedroom, got paint all over our floors and our son's bed, destroyed the bedding in the demo room from not covering it, and then demanded the rest of the labor money since we fired them.

            They came out fast and got the main (demo) work done in a day. I was very happy and impressed.Then he mismeasured for gutters and came in about two feet short. That's when the wheels came off.Plan was come Tuesday and fix that. Missed Tuesday, texted hopefully be there Wednesday, or plan on Saturday.No show Wednesday, no show Saturday, with no headsup, no warning, no explanation. I have things to do, too, but just spent 3 days sitting, waiting for nothing.My rules are simple. Keep me in the loop, I forgive a lot. Leave me sitting for 3 days with no explanation, we're done.I'd really been looking forward to working with these folks on lots of projects, but have lost trust. They're just starting out, so I gave them a mile of rope. They hanged themselves with it.Also charged me for a ************** drink they drank when they went to get parts. Didn't even ask if I wanted one, just tacked it onto the ****. Kind of a low rent move IMO. Only included for completeness.
