We had a leak with in our sprinkler systems installed originally by Baker Irrigation and called for repair on August 12, 2022. We were told a repairman would come out on August 16 as they were short handed. After multiple promises and no shows, they finally showed up on August 23. We were subsequently sent a bill for $125 and discovered after coming home that evening from work that it still was leaking. I had to diagnose it was in a valve box in the back yard. 3 more tips and and they finally filled the whole and put the cover back on this morning August 31st. We received a call from our lawn service that the today that the back yard was flooded. I dashed home to find a 4" fountain of water blowing up from the valve box. Calling Tony Back the owner of Baker Irrigation he informed us he was frustrated with us and we needed to find someone else to work on our sprinkler system.Business response
