My roof was installed and I couldn't be more pleased. After another roofing contractor experience Rod and Crew were a breath of fresh air. A thorough inspection of my roof and relatively speaking (let's face it a new roof is not someone's "oh goody" list) I considered the quote very reasonable (feedback from friends support that). Everything was explained, (products, services, etc) and I felt very comfortable to move forward. I was not there for the entire install (they arrived at 6am as specified) and when I got home at 2:15, my yard was cleaned, the crew was gone, and other than I have a beautiful new roof, I couldn't tell they had even been on site. I came to Rise on the referral from a friend, and be assured, I will gladly recommend ***, **** and Crew.

In May, 2021, I lost some shingles on a sloping ridgeline during a storm. After contacting my insurance company and requesting the names and contact information of some roofers to replace the shingles, they provided four (4) local companies to do the job. After calling all four, and 7 days of unresponsive or no-show roofers, I ended up going on the roof and replacing them myself before the next 5 days of rain in the forecast, saturated the area.Fast-forward to the morning of 6/26/2024 when a storm moved through *****, removing shingles and exposing the decking on the top-most roofline, while I was out of town. I got ******'s phone # from my neighbors who had their roof replaced last year by Rise Roofing & Construction. I sent a text to ******, and I was surprised that he called me back so quickly. Not only was he out of town, but he assured me he'd stop by and take a look at it the next morning. Not only did he show up and assess the roofline, he informed me there was potential for weather that night. And without me asking if there was any way the roof could be remedied that same day, he assured me that my roof would be fixed THAT DAY! And true to his word, ****** himself came back to my house with the shingles I needed, and replaced them before the thunderstorm moved through on the evening of 6/29/2024!Friends, you cannot buy excellent service and peace-of-mind like what Rise Roofing & Construction gave me that morning. It's just part of the exceptional reputation that sets Rise Roofing ABOVE the others. And while my roof may not need to be entirely replaced, I know enough now, that I won't be reaching to my insurance company or the names/numbers they provided. It will be a call to Rise Roofing.

Rise roofing was hired to replace my roof. Upon their 12 employees working at the same time. My facia and gutters were damaged and a light was broken. One of their employees obvious was injured due to the bloody palm prints on the facia. I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. The owner of the company came and try to fix the issue but could not. Then he offered me $300 for the damages. Absolutely not acceptable. After more weeks of sending text messages he was unprofessional and started joking about the issue. We had a specific discussion that I Do Not want miscolored facia or siding on my home. He sent someone unannounced to my home and replaced the facia but it is the WRONG color! Still my gutters are loose. Debris and nails were left in my driveway and on the roof. After more attempts to contact him. This issue is still unresolved .
