I have been having issues with Car-Mart since purchasing my car back in August of 2021 and I have had to get BBB involved multiple times to resolve the situations and yet their continuing to be disrespectful and violating my rights as a customer. I called the Bixby location on the 18th of this month trying to retrieve an invoice for a car repair that was done earlier this year. When I called the receptionist Tory picked up the phone and I explained my situation to her she then told me that she couldn't give me that information and was told that they couldn't talk to me despite my name being on the loan and title. I requested to speak with her General Manager and was told that she would tell him that I called and he would make the decision on rather or not to call me back. After not hearing back I contacted the North lot location and was told that I had to talk to the lot that I purchased my vehicle from. After not getting it resolved that way I then contacted customer care and was told by them that it shouldn't had been a problem at all so they transferred me to the Bixby lot to speak with the General manager Anthony whom I was trying to speak to at the beginning but never contacted me back. Once on the phone with Anthony I explained to him how his receptionist was treating me and he laughed he told me that he couldn't email my invoice to me and that I had to come in and pick it up. I also asked about the car that I'm co signed on and a former friend was behind on payments but I wasn't never made aware of this. He told me it had been 10 days and whoever wants it can come and get it. This car-mart is very in professional and they feel comfortable treating their customers with disrespect they have no fear of consequences to their actions because the company continues to allow this to go on. The resolution I'm seeking is for them to keep me updated about this vehicle that I'm co signed on if it falls into default so that I can make sure I go and pick it up.
