Im an 63 year old elderly disabled lady who hired this company to do a job for a concrete foundation for my new home. Business owner ripped me off for $8200. He hired a sub contractor to pour the concrete. He told the sub contractor to pour the my foundation so that it would crack within the first year. I have this conversation recorded with sub contractor of him telling me many things this business owner told him to do in order to sabotage the project and defraud me. I paid business owner $8200 up front, but he wasnt properly doing the job, so I stopped him from going any further. He wasnt packing the soil properly. He was refusing to do the job he agreed upon, and was trying to make fewer trips and short cut the job because he kept forming it up incorrectly where it was crooked when lined up with the street and driveway, and had to keep taking it down and forming it up again. This business owner gave his sub contractor my phone number. His sub contractor has contacted me multiple times trying to get me to pay him, because business owner is refusing to pay the sub contractor what he owes him for the work he did. According to sub contractor business owner owes him for 3 jobs hes refusing to pay on. This business is owned by a 24 year old boy whos very rude and condescending to his customers.
