The owner, ***************************, made a scene in front of customers when I asked to get the key to the restroom. I was told the day before that "if I had an emergency he would give me the key to the restroom. " I made it through the store on this day with no emergency. I returned on the next day with my friend to make another purchase. I shopped for about 15 minutes and raced to the front to ask the same gentleman if I could have the key to the restroom and that it was an emergency. He acted like he did not hear me. The female at the cash register asked me if I needed something. I told her he said I could have the key to the restroom if I had an emergency. She slowly walked back to the man to confirm if he had told me this. He jumped up and said he had never said anything like this. The female began to embarrass me in front of a line of 5-10 customers. After several degrading minutes of humiliation she passed the key to me. When I returned the key she said to me "you were in here last week with an emergency and the week before that with an emergency and NO ONE has that many emergencies" I was humiliated. My friend came to my defense and asked why we could not use the restroom? Female replied "because people SxxT on the floor and the wall and WE have to clean it up." My friend asked her if we looked like that type? The female kept wanting to argue with me. I asked her 4 different times to finish my transaction. By this time I am asking myself is this treatment REALLY worth buying here? She finally did finish my transaction. Before I left I told her I would not get into a discussion with her but would tell of my experience on ************ and I have spent my last dime in the store. Female replied "Fine have a Good Day!" I have friends who plan to move booths out of her store and also shared her code of ethics for her vendors. Seems they are in direct contradiction to her actions today. Female is ***************************. She is overtly rude and aggressive. My $ go anywhere but here!
