  Paid for services never received. Contractor stated one week and weeks went by with him continuing to promise parts were coming then stopped answering texts and blocked phone calls. Reviewed online and noted this appears to be a pattern.

  $310.97 Repair made and then when credit card statement came in I didn't recognize the company name. I called the cc company and the phone number I was given was incorrect . I then had the cc company reverse the charge. About a month later I got a call from Bearded Repairman and I paid him in cash at $320 to defer his travel.About a month later the cc company reversed their credit because the Bearded Man hadn't canceled the invoice . I called him and he said he would check to see if it was paid and when I called him back a few weeks later he said he was still checking. Since then he won't answer my calls or return texts

  He came out on August 3rd he told us to unplug our refrigerator an call him in two days if no change and charged me 103.00 for nothing. I called him back an said that didn't work he said he would get back with me an on the 15th of August is when I asked him just to give me a refund he called me right back an said let me come back over we set up for him to come out August 18th an he never showed or called so on August 22nd I sent him a text an said I am gonna give you till Friday to refund my money an he never even responded. I just want my money back cause he did nothing for me I have 3 children an 2 adult in my home an we have been living out of an ice chest for almost a month now

  Our house got flooded and the refrigerator stopped working, contacted bearded man appliance, he came out to repair refrigerator and said it should start to work in 24hrs, After paying him $280 The refrigerator still not working. noticed some parts not connected , watched a youtube tutorial on refrigerator repair saw the same parts similar to ours that was not connected that should have been connected or replaced from the tutorial. contacted him again to come look at it he said he would look at it but never showed up, tried to contact him but avoiding us. contacted him again and confronted him about it he became hostile, we ask for our money back so we can contact someone else. he said he would only give some of it back.

  I contacted The Bearded Man Appliances by telephone, to repair our dryer that was not heating. He answered and said he would call back, but never did. So, I called another Appliance repair business that I thought was local. It is listed in Google as, ******** ******* ********* ******* with a local address. A man answered and made arrangements to come out. When he showed up, it was the man from Bearded Man Appliance. I told him I had already called someone else from ****** ******* ********* ******* He told me that was him. I was a little confused and told him it was a different phone number I called. He said yes that was him, and that was his message number. He took our dryer apart and told us it needed a part he doesn't have in stock, and it wouldn't be in until the next day. He said he would be back tomorrow and put it in. We paid him up Front $271.08 He left the dryer pulled out with the back off. The next day (Friday) I did not hear back from him, So I called but there was no answer and his voicemail was not set up. Later in the afternoon I called the ****** ******* ********* number, and he answered. He said he would be out in about an hour to hour and a half. He did not show up. I tried calling on Saturday a couple of times, but there was no answer on either number. I made several attempts on Monday, but still no answer or return phone call. I drove to 202 E. 2nd Ave., and went inside suite 107. The sign outside the door said *********. When inside, I asked the man what ********* was, and he said they were a Commercial Real Estate Firm. I think I may have been scammed. I need him to quickly finish the job or issue me a refund minus the trip charge, so o can find someone else.

  Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/05/25) */ I messaged the bearded man appliance repair via another number telling him if he did not complete the job this week, I would assumed I've v been scammed and would go to the police department and file a report. Then seek civil relief in court. He called that morning and scheduled a time to come out. He came out this morning and completed the work .
