            On July 21, 2021 my wife and I contracted with Premier Landscape Specialist for landscaping and concrete work in our backyard. The total cost of the project was $7,038, of which $5,763 was for the landscaping and $1,275 was for the concrete. We received verbal and text notifications that the project would start on August 9 and be finished in a few weeks. Numerous delays followed but the landscaping was finally finished in September. The concrete work was continuously pushed back and we were not even given the courtesy of being notified - we had to constantly contact them to get updates. It is now October 19 and the concrete work is STILL not done - there is a wooden form in place and a pile of stones sitting in the street in front of our house for two weeks. I cannot get a firm commitment to finish the project and we have already paid in full.

            If i could give minus stars I would. The owner, Gerald ***** ************  aka Jerry ****** sounded knowledgeable . Alas no action. We waited months ( almost 4) for a simple French drain. The man never called us with any updates or reasons as to why he would never start the work. . That is just the tip of the iceberg of a 4.5 month relationship with nothing to show for it, but us being in the hole 500$ to cancel the contracts. We were lucky I guess.
