If i could give minus stars I would. The owner, Gerald ***** ************ aka Jerry ****** sounded knowledgeable . Alas no action. We waited months ( almost 4) for a simple French drain. The man never called us with any updates or reasons as to why he would never start the work. . That is just the tip of the iceberg of a 4.5 month relationship with nothing to show for it, but us being in the hole 500$ to cancel the contracts. We were lucky I guess.Review from Daniel R

Frustrating experience. Everything seemed good at the first initial contact date, 04/23/22, with a scheduled work date of 06/06/22. This date came with no contact until I reached out to them. Jerry, the owner, would tell me they would be coming one day and then not show up or say that they would be coming one day but not show up or call. This process was repeated several times. Was over a month since the contracted start date before work began. Asked to replace the fence, gate, and pour cement slab for the back patio. The overflow from the cement patio was never removed from the lawn. the Patio has a low spot in front of the dog door that collects water. A post hole digger and rake that belonged to me were taken when they packed up their things. I believe this to be an innocent mistake. I asked Jerry to return them he said "he will get right on it" on 07/02/22, but nothing has been returned yet as of 07/24/22. Asked for fence gate to be replaced. He replaced the pickets, but the rails and hardware were never replaced. In the end, they did most of what I asked for, and lessons were learned on my part. Based on the reviews, I have no intention of even attempting to get them back to correct these problems.Review from Carol H

Terrible experience. Took 3 months to replace a privacy fence & french drain. Used cheap material but charged high price. Wouldn't show up until noon and would leave late afternoon. Only used 1 short screw in middle of pickets, which caused boards to warp in the heat and many came loose because of length of screw. I contacted him and he assured me he would take care of it. That never happened. I had to pay someone to come out and take care of entire fence for me. I would make sure you get references before you sign the required contract; otherwise you're stuck. Hello Carol, we are sorry your experience did not meet your needs. However, your review is false. Our goal is to always provide a positive experiences for our clients. We used top grade PCV pipe for your French Drain, Zoysia Sod, treated lumber for your fences and used high grade concrete. Not sure as to why you think we used "CHEAP" material's, we proudly put our name on every single service we perform, so it would not make sense to utilize "CHEAP" material when you were not pleased before your project even started. We tore down your fences TWICE (without charging) to meet your needs. Unfortunately, it was a toxic client relationship and there wasn't much we could of done in order to make your experience a better one with us. We are a locally owned & family owned & operated business that proudly services all landscaping services. We have a TON of before and after pictures of the original fence that we tore down, the first fence we installed that you did not like and the second fence we installed along with the French Drain, sod and concrete work.Review from Kyle M

Premier came out and installed 10 trees for my wife as a Mothers day gift and we were on a time crunch. They ended up coming out for me the Sunday before Mothers Day. Very professional and fast service! Recommend 100%Premier Landscape Specialist, LLC Response
