Kendall Tallon with Nxtlvlmobilemechanics performed a repair on my vehicle on February 1, 2022 for a cost of $235.00. He installed an oil filter housing, coil packs and spark plugs. The parts were provided by me, the customer. I had Covid and was not able to drive it right when he finished and he advised me to take it to car wash and rinse out the engine compartment and let him know if I had any problems. He stated he was bonded, insured and had a 24 month guarantee on his work. Next day I go out to start the vehicle and I have multiple light on on the dash as well as the brakes weren't operable. I text him immediately and asked him to come check the car, he said he would in a bit. This was about 11 am. At 4 I message him again and he asked if he could come the next morning. Next day I wait until 11 am and he said it would be later and advised it would be $65 if not caused by work he did. When I assured him this was from his repairs he immediately said I should just take it somewhere else because he knows he did everything right. I took my vehicle in to my normal mechanic and they found the brake booster unhooked, the fuel pump hooked up incorrectly, intake gaskets installed incorrectly and the engine was 2 quarts overfilled. I had asked Kendall for his insurance information when he refused to look at why my car wasn't running correctly and he said I wasn't getting it. I was without my car for 10 days and paid $388 to fix what he did during his repair.
