Paid over 8k for a fence and almost immediately needed a couple things fixed. I have basically been ghosted by them after they received their money. Ive been waiting for 10 business days with almost no communication from them. Fence was completed June 6th. I reached out June 10 about issues with the fence. I reached out again June 11 and received a reply that they were busy. I reached out again June 17th and was told they would be out that afternoon. No one came. I contacted them again June 24th and I am still waiting for them to fix my fence.Business response

Every communication with customer was responded to by either phone call, text message, or email. There was never a time that customer made communication with our company and was not responded to immediately. Made customer aware that we were extremely busy and was on the repair list and would make every possible attempt to get over and fix issues. All issues were fixed as of this morning at 10:00am 6-27-24. Company owner will go over to job and ***** repairs and make sure everything is above above board on work.Customer response

The fence was fixed on 6/28. I have reviewed the business response, and while I disagree that the communication was responded to in a timely manner as ****** stated, I accept the resolution of the repaired fence.

They won't return a deposit that was not stated to be non-refundable. There was no paper work done whatsoever in regards to the deposit. They took it and won't give it back even though they won't be doing the job.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/12) */ We went out and did an estimate for Mr. ****** on Friday, April 29th at 12:00. Went through the estimate with Mr. *****, discussed options. He was happy with the bid and wanted to get scheduled in for the install. I informed him that we require a $200 deposit to get on the schedule and I needed an email address to send out our "thankyou for booking" email that would give him important info and what to expect between the time of booking and the start date as well as a calendar notification with the start date. Included in the email was an invoice that applied the $200 deposit. He paid with a credit card to get on the schedule. I sent the "thankyou for booking" email on Wednesday, May 4th at 10:43am. The "thankyou for booking" email clearly states if the job is canceled, the deposit is non refundable. Mr. ****** called May 9th and said he would like to cancel the job because he was going a different route. He called back a second time to ask about the deposit being refunded to which I told him that it was non refundable if they canceled. (please see attached)
