    October 2021 my husband and I put down a deposit plus extra money for a building from this company. We were told that our building would be delivered and installed in February 2022. The installation team didn't show up till April of 2022 and told us they couldn't install our building even though we were told it wouldn't be an issue by Metro. We were told they would need to go get a shorter wall and then they would call to get it rescheduled for installation. Fast forward to October 2022 and we still have not gotten our building and have heard nothing from Metro or the installation company. I called and went to Metro on 11/1/22 to tell them I want to cancel my order and just get my money back. I was told the owner is the only one that I can deal with this and she had just left for the rest of the week for vacation but would be back on Monday 11/7 and would give me a call. Well it is now 11/16 and I have called Metro several times and have not received a single call from the owner after being told multiple times that I would. All I keep getting is "she's working on this for you" from her employees but she can't be bothered to contact the customer herself. I would like my money back, it shouldn't take this long to "figure things out". Also, it was very convenient that after 6 months and no contact that the installation company calls me the day after I speak to Metro for the first time and they're all the sudden ready to come install our missing building. We were forgotten about and they are trying to cover themselves.

    Horrible customer service, we have waited 12 weeks for our building to be installed. we have reached out to the company and they say there is nothing they can do, When asked if we could just have our deposit back we were told no that we would just have to wait or get a lawyer.

    Mr. *********** placed an order on 6-27-22 with the stipulation that pictures of his completed concrete slab were required prior to putting his order in line to be scheduled. He provided the required picture on 7-19-22 which was forwarded directly to his scheduler to be put in line for installation. Installations are done as much as possible in the order and pictures are received. Due to an abundance of orders, the estimated lead time is longer than ******** ******** had anticipated. I was updated on 10-12-22 and advised Mr. ************** building should be scheduled for installation within the next two weeks. ******** ******** does not sell directly to the public and relies on dealers, such as us, to market their product, aid in designing the structure, collecting the deposit, and submitting the order for processing. After it is submitted, ******** ******** deals directly with the customer and the dealers are not updated as to the progress unless the customer contacts us directly, at which we then contact ******** ******** on the customer's behalf, which we have done repeatedly during the time since he ordered. Mr. ************** signed contract states in multiple places that deposits are non-refundable, and he was reminded of this when he requested to cancel and receive a refund. He was told his options were to cancel, forfeit his deposit and would not be responsible for the remaining balance or to wait his turn in line for installation. He was the one who mentioned contacting an attorney. We apologize for any inconvenience he is enduring and solicit his patience in waiting his turn in line to be installed.
