I purchased 3 protective cases for Collectibles on December 1, 2023for $22.63 and also paid for **** priority mail. The Order Number is #**** and they marked it complete but there is no tracking number and When I go to email them OR call to get that tracking number info Noone responds back OR returns my call. I have NO idea where my package is.. I just want a refund at this point.Business response

Hi ****,
We did respond to both of your emails, and I attached our responses. And I also attached the tracking info (that we already emailed you) that shows that it was delivered to your front porch on December 11th. The email we responded to about your card number inquiry was from the day after it was delivered, and you did not seem to have any problems with the order after this, and we did not see any further emails from you after you received the product. So this BBB complaint is a bit of a surprise to us. We do take returns, if you would like to send us the product back then we will be happy to issue the refund.
