If I could, I would give Aaron and his team 10 stars rather than only the 5 that are available to me. My wife and I are building a 2000 square foot house on 20 acres. I am acting as the General Contractor and hiring Sub-Contractors myself. I have to say, we have dealt with a few good people along the way, but we have also dealt with some bad. In dealing with the bad, you tend to become a little cynical and distrusting. Then if you are lucky, you happen to find Aaron Villa and his team. I hired Aaron to install and finish the sheetrock in my house. His quote was fair and prompt. His team works incredibly fast. They work in small teams. Three came out and hung the sheetrock, and they did a blazing fast job. The entire house was finished in a day and a half. Then 3 others came out and did the mud and tape. This team completed the entire house in one day. We waited over a weekend for the mud to dry, and they returned and finished the job in just one more day. The third 3-man team came out to apply the texture, and to my surprise, this took only a few of hours. The sheetrock and texture are the aesthetics of any house. If it has flaws, it does not matter how well built the frame is, the entire look of the house is ruined. Conversely, if the sheetrock has been done beautifully, the house becomes the thing of beauty you hoped it would be. Aaron and his team gave us a very beautiful house. I only wish I had found him at the beginning of my build. As I came to discover, he and his team do it all. They could have provided all of my construction needs, and I would have had a much easier time. My final words would be; If you are looking for a team to help you with any construction project, consider Villa's Painting & Remodeling. They are honest, courteous, friendly, lightning fast, and reasonably priced. And, they do beautiful work!!!
