    ORDERED AN ENGRAVED CUTTING BOARD OFF MY FRIEND ******'S WEDDING REGISTRY ON AMAZON ON 4/8/24 FROM NAKED WOOD WORKS LLC.ON 4/15/24 I RECEIVED THE ****** BUT IT WAS SOMEONE ELSES ****** NOT THE ONE IS CUSTOMIZED AND ORDERED. I EMAILED THEM THAT DAY: "I just received my board today and it is not the names I ordered. It says ******* and *********************. 9.1.24 I am very upset because I need the one I ordered for a bridal shower on May 5th!! Its engraved with another name and wedding date. Nothing like that I ordered . You must have mixed orders up!!" THIS WAS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED: P.S. Our company policy does not allow refunds on personalized orders. Once you're ready to gift with us again, call/text us at **************, and we'll give you our 30% product discount on your next order. From our team here at Naked Wood Works, Happy Friday!AND THE OTHER RESPONSE: Dear *******, Good Afternoon, and Hello. To receive the 30% product discount, our team will need to Invoice you. SO THEY FINALLY AGREE TO SEND ME ANOTHER ONE- IT IS LOST MY ***** **** EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE IT. SO I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE BECUASE THE BRIADE REALLY WANTED THIS SPECIFIC ONE AND I FIGIRED THEY WOULD END UP GIVING ME A REFUND. THEY DID NOT AND TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY TO SHIP AN ITEM OOWED TO ME. SO I PAID FOR 2 & DID NOT RECIEVE EITHER. COMPANY REFUSES TO GIVE REFUND.

    I purchased 2 customs boards from them. The 1st order came damaged with scratches, paint drip marks, bubble wrap embedded into the paint job. They sent out a 2nd order which was just as awful as the 1st. The paint showed every single imperfectionscratches on the wood, paint drips & chipped corners. I asked for another order, but this time with natural wood, no paint. The packing tape on the anterior surface ripped the finish off the wood while unpacking & a compete marking of where the tape was & a corner was damaged again. Completely disappointed! I asked for a complete refund & the company refused & they also refused to do any additional orders to complete the work. I now have 6 damaged boards that will be used for firewood. Utterly disgusted with this *************** awful customer service & terrible craftsmanship. Save yourself the disappointment & DO NOT buy from them!
