      ORDERED AN ENGRAVED CUTTING BOARD OFF MY FRIEND ******'S WEDDING REGISTRY ON AMAZON ON 4/8/24 FROM NAKED WOOD WORKS LLC.ON 4/15/24 I RECEIVED THE ****** BUT IT WAS SOMEONE ELSES ****** NOT THE ONE IS CUSTOMIZED AND ORDERED. I EMAILED THEM THAT DAY: "I just received my board today and it is not the names I ordered. It says ******* and *********************. 9.1.24 I am very upset because I need the one I ordered for a bridal shower on May 5th!! Its engraved with another name and wedding date. Nothing like that I ordered . You must have mixed orders up!!" THIS WAS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED: P.S. Our company policy does not allow refunds on personalized orders. Once you're ready to gift with us again, call/text us at **************, and we'll give you our 30% product discount on your next order.       Thanks for reaching out. Wed be delighted to clarify the situation. We hope you have a lovely week and a meaningful Memorial Day weekend! The first board for Order # ***-6065282-3014611 was inaccurate, and upon receiving photo documentation, our team replaced the board with accurate information and engraving on April 19, 2024. Our records indicate that the second board was documented as delivered by ***** our records indicate that **** delivered to the buyers front door/porch on April 25, 2024, at 9:57 AM. The **** Tracking Number is **********************. The buyer reached out post-delivery and requested that the numerical date be changed to the month-day-year. The buyer stated that **** had not delivered the board. However, if the board was not delivered on April 25, 2024, at 9:57 AM, the buyer would not have known to request the change from the numerical date to month-day-year. We offered a 30% product discount as this would qualify as a customization change and gift reorder. Our records indicate that the buyer submitted an A-to-Z Claim for $41.71 on Order Number ***-6065282-3014611 on April 26, 2024, at 10:46 AM. The customer submitted a claim and then repurchased the gift, requesting the month be spelled out with the date and year. Our records also indicate that the buyer reordered the gift on April 26, 2024, and the new Order # is ***-0807168-1516240; the buyer reached out via the Amazon portal and requested that the Established Date: 06.08.2024 be engraved as June 8, 2024. Our graphic designer sent a mock-up to the buyer for approval on April 29, 2024, and the buyer approved the mock-up on April 29, 2024. Our team requested to close this claim as our records indicated the order was delivered successfully on April 25, 2024. Once the new customization request was received, the buyer reordered on April 26, 2024, and the item was delivered damaged on May 6, 2024, at 12:46 PM (**** Tracking Number **********************), in which we replaced the buyer's order again, and the board was delivered on May 11, 2024, at 11:11 AM. For Quick Reference, the **** Tracking Number is **********************. Our team sent a follow-up message to confirm the board was received on May 15, 2024, at 5:49 PM. The buyer was offered a complimentary display stand and a bottle of our conditioning oil to accompany the gift. The buyer did not respond as of May 21, 2024. Please close this complaint as our records indicate the accurate board has been delivered three times successfully.

      I am rejecting this response because:   
      Naked wood works lied in their statement multiple times. 
      if they would have at least taken responsibility instead of trying to extort me for more money and apologized- we would not be here now. 

      its funny that I won both of the Amazon appeals due to showing my evidence. Amazon refunded my money and I won the appeal against this company. They also are looking into removing them as a seller on Amazon due to this case & how the company handled it and the multiple complaints. 

      I will attach the following to show they are lying. 
      1.) I received an email, call and letter from **** saying they used to gos tracker from the delivery driver when the package was scanned at delivery and it WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS & they were unable to revive my package. This documentation was sent to naked wood works immediately.  So they started another board. Instead of them pulling the same one from the registry my friend ordered - they asked me to write out the details. I think thats where the date discrepancy occurred. I asked for he SAME board- but they are so unorganized and corrupt they couldnt even do that. 
      2.) they never offered my anything but a 30% discount and tried to extort me for more money and twice the shipping charge when it was their fault in the first place. 
      3.) in retaliation they sent the board in a envelope and it was severely damaged in transit. This was obviously done on purpose. It shows how corrupt and unprofessional this company really is. 

      the 4th time they sent the board it was right. But Amazon was so disgusted with their response and attitude they refunded me my money!.

      Thank you for the request to respond to the complaint regarding **************' case. Based on the information provided, it appears that our company has taken appropriate steps to address and resolve the complaint. 

      1. Both of **************' orders, totaling $83.42, have been refunded.

       2. Three personalized cutting boards were sent and delivered, at no cost to the consumer. 

      3. Additionally, a complimentary bottle of conditioning oil and a display stand were offered as a gesture of goodwill.

      Considering these measures, it is evident that our company has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue satisfactorily. As such, please note that our business has adequately addressed and resolved **************' claim through Amazon messaging and A-to-Z Claims. Please close this additional complaint by the consumer.

      Placed an order through Amazon on Dec. 6th 2023. Package was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 26th 2023. Postal office in ************, ** confirmed they haven't even received the package from the supplier yet and it's now Jan. 2nd ****. Completely unacceptable. I do not want a refund- I want the package delivered. I've called Naked ***** and left a voicemail but have not heard anything.

      Seller manufactures custom cutting boards via Amazon. I knew right after submitting my order that I may have made a mistake. I asked for a review of the test (I retained no copy) and that request was ignored. I then canceled my order. All of this happened in under 30 minutes after order.****** acknowledged cancellation. Then, they built and shipped the order anyway. They refuse a refund or to even discuss the issue, even though they got TWO red flags. This speaks to either greed or incompetence or both. This negative event should be reflected in their public business record.

      I placed an order with this company through Amazon on July 5th. It was an anniversary gift custom ordered to say my name and husband's name and our anniversary date. Should have read Trent & Brittany - 8/25/2013. What we received in the package they sent us was a cutting board that read Ashlyn & Robert - 7/30/2022. Clearly they sent us the wrong package. I requested a refund several times as well as attempted to contact the seller through Amazon to notify them of this and either send us the correct package or refund us. I also attempted to go through the phone number listed on the Google search and leave messages but they have not responded; it has been a week. The total cost for my order was $141.91.

Once we realized we immediately refunded her ENTIRE order and did not even ask her to return the board she did receive. Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/10/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Though the names were not similar in shipping at all - and it took over 4 weeks to receive a refund with no responsefrom the company to me, personally, they did refund my money.
