I took my vehicle to James Hodge Dodge in Broken Bow Oklahoma to have it Repaired on or about June 30th because it was loosing power the diagnosed it and told me that it was cylinder 4 & 6 wasn’t working properly was the reason I was loosing power took apart the intake replaced the solenoid and did whatever they were suppose to for the cylinders when I picked my truck up on July 3rd everything was fine July the 7th my check engine light came on and I stopped at o’reillys and had it put on the computer they told me that cylinder 4 wasn’t working properly it was misfiring I contacted James Hodge they told me that they were backed up and bring it in on Friday July 14th when I took it in they never looked at it I paid $1120 for my vehicle to be fixed I would appreciate if it was fixed properly or reimburse me for my moneyBusiness response

************** did come in on July 14 my technician did look at it and gave ************** a diagnosis of what he thinks the problem is and what it would take to fix the problem. The repair would normally coat around $4875 and we gave ************** and discounted price of $3754. The check engine light that was on this time didn't have anything to do with what we fixed in the orginal diagnosis with the cylinder 4 issue. The first quote that we gave ************** for the repair of the cylinder 4 problem he denied the cost was $1432. We put the truck back together then he wanted us to fix it. We took the truck back apart and fixed the issue at a discounted rate of $1120.

I took my Jeep to James Hodge Dodge in Broken Bow on January 21st, 2022 to fix several things. The main issue was replacing the front driveshaft. They had it ready on March 9th so I went to get it. I paid them $1,393.86 for everything they fixed including the driveshaft. I only made it a few miles down the road before I heard a loud noise coming from under the Jeep so I pulled over and seen the driveshaft had came apart. I called the service department immediately to let them know. They came and took the driveshaft off and said they would have to order a part to make it fit. Every time I called to ask when they would have the part they said they were still waiting on it. Finally after months they said they couldn't get the part. I told them I wanted a refund. They said they would have to talk to their manager and get back with me. When I went back up there they said they thought they could get another driveshaft from Maximum Elevation in Paris. I last spoke with them on September 13th and they said they would talk to their manager about the driveshaft and get back with me but they never did. I don't think they have any intention on fixing my Jeep or they would've done it by now. I could order the driveshaft today and take it somewhere else and have it fixed by Monday. But I have already paid James Hodge Dodge for the part and labor so I need my money back.Business response

The parts department at James Hodge Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram searched diligently for the part needed to repair **************' vehicle, without success.
The service manager for James Hodge Dodge contacted ************** and agreed to reimburse her for the part and the labor that she paid for. A check was written on November 7, 2022, from James Hodge Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to re-imburse ***************
