I took my truck to James Hodge in **********, ******** to have my **** Dodge Dakota computer programmed over 4 months ago. I was told they were unable to program it, and it would have to be replaced. I ordered the computer programmer from Auto Zone instead. After waiting an entire week, Auto zone advised me they were unable to get the part. So, I went back to James Hodge and they advised me that they could in fact get the part for $460.00 plus an additional $250.00 to program it to my vehicle. I agreed to pay them this amount to get my vehicle fixed. After the service was completed I drove the vehicle for 2 months and the computer that was installed by James Hodge malfunctioned again. New employee ***** accidentally advised me that the part that was put on my vehicle was not a dodge factory part, but was ordered from OReilly Auto Parts. I am writing to request a refund for $780.00 that was spent with James Hodge. I was charged for a Dodge factory part but they installed an aftermarket part. Please advise of my next steps to get a refund.Review from Jimmy w

Took my van in for a reduced power, service stabilitrak, service traction unit. Must not of checked it out very good. Told me it needed a throttel body, then a ecm, then still couldnt get it to rum so im assuming they finally checked the wires and found a bad connector, so they replaced it. Im assuring my parts were good as they checked the wires last and charged $1299.00. Probably the connector all anong. Sad thing
