As part of a kitchen remodel completed in January 2020, Chickasha Granite replaced a kitchen backsplash that has since cracked in several places at electrical base plates. Early this summer the owner, ****, looked at the damage and accepted responsibility in the presence of another contractor, ***************************** of E and E Construction. **** has stated on numerous occasions the he's looking for an "expert" to do the repair. On two occasions he has told me he had found someone to do the repair. These unnamed repair persons have never come to see the backsplash nor have they contacted me. Months ago I provided **** with the name and number of a person I've found, ***********************, who is qualified and willing to do the repair. ****** estimates the repair to cost $500, $150 materials and $350 labor. **** has not acknowledged/accepted ****** to do the repair. **** is extremely difficult to contact and doesn't return calls in a timely manner if returned at all. I can only remember one occasion he has answered the phone. *********************** owner Chickasha Granite: **************.
