I purchased my current home a little under 2 years ago. The company Pressure Perfect installed the piers on it and offered transferable warranty. I had them out a week or two after purchasing to inspect the piers and make sure they were still working as intended. They said to keep an eye on them, and so I did, and after repainting the interior side of the house the piers were installed on I noticed the paint developing cracks along the seams, so I called out pressure perfect again and they confirmed that the piers installed on the south side were probably installed too far apart because they were failing in one area. They also recommended I install more piers on an east wall.Their listed phone was not working but contacted them via email at the end of March requesting they fix the problem with the piers they installed on the south side under warranty, and also asking if they might be able to do install the east piers for a little less than originally quoted. They returned my email stating they would call me the following day. They didn't. I emailed them. They said they would call me tommorrow. They didn't. I emailed suggesting we just schedule the warranty fix over email, & gave dates that worked for me. They replied they'd call me tomorrow. They didn't. I emailed them asking what day would work for them, and twice more after but they've been unresponsive since April 6th 2023. Their phone is still not working. It would seem they have no intention of fulfilling their warranty at this point.If they don't want to be beholden to their contract I'd prefer a full refund of the total price of their installation ($5,250.00) so I can get a more reputable company to install piers that will hold up. If there is some extenuating circumstances that explain the lack of communication and it won't be an issue in the future should more problems arise then I'd be happy with them simply fixing the issue.(Web error uploading jpg images of contract.
