This complaint is to dispute all charges that Flawless Smile Dentistry made against my dental insurance account in ***************************. I was considering getting dental implants. Flawless Smile Dentistry's website advertises a "Free Dental Implant Consultation and X-Rays", a $329.00 value. But this group used a dishonest and deceptive scheme to knowingly file a claim with my dental insurance. Before making an appointment with them, I called their Broken Arrow office and asked about this being no charge, and they confirmed by phone that this exam would be free. So I made an appointment with the dentist who would do the implant. My husband went with me to the appointment. I checked in, and the first thing I did was to ask them to verify that this would be free, and the receptionist said we would not be charged for this appointment. Next we were taken to an exam room where a nurse asked me some basic questions and took a number of X-Rays. Then the dentist came in and did his examination. We asked him directly about this being a free exam, and he said there would be no charge. But then I received an Explanation Of Benefits from **************************. This dentist had filed a claim for $240.00, and the *************************** paid the Covered Amount, $153.00. Flawless Smile Dentistry should return this money to my *************************** account. They do not qualify for the BBB A+ Rating. ********************************************************************Business response

Yes I accept their response to return the insurance payment back to my insurance company. However, Flawless Smile Dentistry twice failed to respond to the BBB's request for a reply about my complaint. Not until I sent them the complaint as written did they finally do anything. I would caution anyone considering using them to be careful.
