do not recommend this camper dealership to anyone. Very poor service department that passes the buck on each other. My camper was brought in to be repaired and insurance denied the claim which we did not care about but told them to fix it anyways. They said nothing about needing anything signed or having to come in. 7 weeks later my camper is still sitting in the rain with a hole in the roof and they say I have to come in person to sign a statement to have it repaired. Then when I couldn’t leave my job in southern Louisiana to come sign a paper in Oklahoma I was told they do not want the job and to come get it. This camper houses people in disaster situations across the United States and I could have signed anything I needed to through email or given them my credit card number to keep on file as a payment guarantee. Instead I have to have it towed to CAMPER WORLD My advice is to stick to corporations. We try to help our hometown businesses and support local but this backfired badly.Business response
