On April 22, 2022 I called the agent to cancel insurance on my RV. We had sold it. They let me know they would be issuing me a reimbursement check due to I paid all 6 months. On April 28th they finally canceled it. The agent said my reimbursement check would be here within 2 weeks. I called them on May 16 to let them know I have still not received my refund. She said to wait another week. No check. I called back. She said I had received the check and I had informed her numerous times to check on their end because I HAD NOT received the check. After 2 days of calling, she finally looked. They called me and told me the check had not been cashed and they would reissue a new check. Another 2 weeks have went by and still no check. Its been 6 weeks of trying to get my money back with no help from this agent. They have been so unprofessional, uncaring, and just plain rude. I'm currently pulling all my insurance from the Karen Holmes agency. While still waiting for my reimbursement from them. I'm ready to take legal action against this agent. Very unprofessional!!!!! As of June 7th, still no check!!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/13) */ please see attachment Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They have told me for two months the money would be refunded. Still no refund. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/21) */ I have emailed the customer and forwarded her complaint to the corporate office again. The first refund check has been lost in the mail. A stop payment, address change and second refund has been processed by the corporate office. I am not allowed to process refunds in my office. I apologize for the delay created by the first lost refund.
