I am very disappointed and regret choosing this company for metal building service. I had deposit $7,000 to order (4) Texwin metal buildings though Dennis *****, owner of Coweta building and carport. Sadly, things did not go according to plan. The service was never done due to the credit financing did not go through. I had specially states to Mr. *****, that I can not pursue with the building order if the financing does not approve. I called Mr. ***** so many times to request for a refund on deposit and he totally ignored my calls. Then, I message Mr. ***** through Coweta building and carport Facebook page to get his attention. And it did, Mr. ***** send me a text message and asked if I could remove the post and if I can give him time to resolve it. Mr. ***** offered to delivery a shed building for an even exchange of the deposit. I asked if he could send me some pictures and specification of the shed building and he started being rude and sound sketchy about it. A few days later, Mr. ***** blocked me from Coweta building and carport Facebook and all outlet of communications. Early in April, Mrs. ******, lead accountant and office manger at Texwin metal building reached out to me that the order is canceled and sent an email to Mr. ***** that he need to refund the full deposit back to me by end of April 30th, 2023 due to no work was done. In addition, Mrs. ****** will not process any further orders from Mr. ***** at Coweta building and carport until this is resolved. As of today, I still have heard from Mr. *****, therefore I have no choice to pursue legal action. I hope that this review can help people avoid getting screwed over by the owner of this company. This type of business mindset is not acceptable and I refuse to tolerate this.
