I had a brake job done a few months ago the brakes were fine the first month and they started squeaking loud from then on I went back to the business and it was shut down and no one was in the area to give me any information to find I just recently got a oil change and they told I had the wrong brakes installed the wrong bolts and the caps were damaged so I looked the business up on ******** and found a new number for the business which is a garage disposal business I spoke with the owner about the issue he tells me its no possible way him or his guys could have done with there years of experience he refers me to another brake shop to spend more money and he doesnt do anything to help me fix the problem I would like this issue looked into immediately I fear that my brakes will go outBusiness response

we have a warranty on our repairs thru orielly's warranty service. customer can take his reciept and find a service center that takes this type of warranty service covers most repairs 12 mths or ***** miles which ever comes first.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: he has closed this business down and
Im not able to find any record of the receipt to go to another business to get my brakes replaced he states that its not any record of me getting my front brakes did there he only has record of me getting my back brakes did its also no record on my carfax report but the brakes have been done by someone in this town they are newer brakes and the front usually go out before the back brakes but also the place that did the service check for me has no record as well but those are the only two places i can think of i went to Im just confused about this situation all together

Truck knocking and check engine light on **** F1-50 2018 model, paid $167.39 for oil change but still having the exact same problems. Oil change was not the problem truck was taken to the shop for. But was the only thing that was done. Business invoice #*****Business response

she brought it in empty with no oil
to help fix it we flushed the engine with new oil
she picked it up she said rev the engine up - drove it and it started knocking again.
