ive gotten my car serviced a couple times here.. the most recent time i got my car done i was charged $534 for a brake fluid exchange and transmission and i was not expecting to be charged that much because i got a brake fluid, coolant, and transmission all done for a little over $300 so therefore im thinking i was gonna spend less than that since i got all 3 fluids for $300. since i wasnt expecting to be charged $534 i didnt have the money for it so i had to do 3 different transactions. i also gotten my car done for an oil change and they told me ill need new brake pads asap. mind you my car is a 2021 i had my boyfriends ********* my brakes and he said they were like brand new and that i didnt need new brake pads, he even showed me pictures of my brake pads to show me. dont come here unless you want to get scammed. every time i come here i feel like the pricing is always more expensive and im a female and young even if my boyfriend takes me car in for me.

After reviewing, your last visit cost ****** for 3 services in February. In April we were unfortunately made to increase the prices on our services after we kept them as cheap as we could for as long as possible. Services and prices are also signed off on each visit. They sent me to go get the trade in so they could see it. I returned about 20-25 minutes later, and they had gotten my husband (older man) to buy trading my truck for one that is not worth what mine is. This one is 2 yes. old and needed passenger side mirror, new wipers, Matt's ect... They took a mirror from another truck and said when we get another Ram we will take the Matt's out and call you. They advertised a block party, and was cooking out on the grill while drinking beer. No customer's just employees. They spoke down to me cause I'm female. I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy from them. By the time all was said and done with my husband owes about $32,000.00 more than what they had the price at. I told them we can't go ever $700.00 a month, and now we owe $900.00 a month. BBB needs to shut this place down. I could go on about how they spoke to me, and come to find out they offered my husband a beer. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY or FINANCE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY! A BUNCH OF DECEITFUL MANIPULATIVE LIARS!! The owner ****** is a coward and doesn't have a back bone or a pair of ***** to stand up and correct his employees ************* from cussing and degrading customers and from reading Orr Nissan East reviews it looks like this isn't their first go around. I am so glad I recorded all conversation, can't wait until Monday to connect with a few people so all involved will be held accountable. Bad customer service will end with me!!Review from jamie M.

I gave them a one because there isnt a 0!!! I too was lied to. Im a single woman and had never purchased a car from a dealership, I had no credit or co signer , yet they told me to pick a color of a new car! 18% interest tho which doubles the price! They promised they would lower the interest rate if I made 6-7 payments, on time thats a ton different that refinance. My interest rate is lower, but I still owe the same amount of months for a larger amount this time!
