      The email from **************** was received over the New Year's holiday weekend. Our shipping manager responded and asked if he preferred a replacement for the defective item or a refund and he selected a refund. This refund was issued to his PayPal account. The order has been closed. Best regards, ***************************

      Company fraudulently shipped a damaged item to fulfill order. Upon receipt of damaged item, multiple emails (with pictures of damaged item) were sent notifying company of said damaged item. Company refuses to give a refund, claiming they need the damaged item returned to the warehouse prior to refunding. Please help as this company can not be trusted.

      We regret that ********************** item delivered on December 28, 2022 was damaged in transit. A full refund in the amount of $23.94 was issued on January 3, 2023 when we reopened following the New Year's holiday.

      A full refund has been issued to this customer including his shipping costs. All of our merchandise comes to us directly from the manufacturer and is in brand new, unused condition. If something came to us damaged from the manufacturer and we did not catch it before shipping we are very sorry. There is no way to discern whether the item was damaged prior to shipping or during shipping at this point. We have taken full responsibility for the damaged item and a full refund was given to this customer on 1/3/23. This issue should be closed.

      placed an order for a product in which they charged me and said it would be shipped, then i get an email saying they didn't have it in stock and its on backorder and i will receive it when it arrives, i ssked for a refund and because i never would've ordered something on backorder for some day they never responded. i want a refund

      This order was canceled and refunded in full on 12/29/21.
