    The last time I had been to Choctaw in ****** during 2023 was end of September. I had been on their 3rd level rewards program level (Sapphire). So, I was being comp rooms being able to choose from 7 days a week each month. Plus, I was getting a higher amount towards "free ***** ****** credit & being offered free event tickets. On 10/3/23, I had fractured 3 - 4 places on my spine. Then, I was diagnosed with bronchitis late November or early December. Plus, I was rushed by ambulance on Saturday 1/6/24 to ************************ in ******************** **. They diagnosed me with blood clots in my lungs. So, I had to stay in the hospital for a week. Because of all that & having no money coming in due to health, I wasn't able to go back to Chocktaw till the end of February 2024. Turned out that they had wiped my rewards account clean because I hadn't been there in a few months. So, all the points & etc that I had earned was no longer there. All the money had I spent in the past meant nothing to them. Which means I am having to start allover from scratch. After speaking with several other reward program members, the same thing had happened to them too. OH YEAH, MY PLAYER REWARDS # DC002143419.

    I have been visiting this casino for 3 years now, sometimes up to 3 times a month, spending an average of $5,000 each visit, and often bringing friends who come solely because of our recommendation. Until about 2-3 months ago, every visit was fantastic! However, something has changed at the casino in the past few months.When we call to book rooms, the people answering the phone have no manners, often yelling at us, hanging up abruptly, and providing incorrect information and prices compared to what we are told upon check-in. We've had our phones stolen twiceonce directly from the machine and another time when a bartender gave my husbands phone to someone else, who then walked away with it. Neither incident received an apology from anyone.During our last visit, we were promised connected rooms for us and our children over the phone, only to be put on hold with customer service for over an hour. We also reserved a cabana for the pool and were quoted $250. However, upon arrival, the girl at the check-in (who was extremely rude) said there were no connected rooms. She only helped us after we insisted on speaking to a manager.When we arrived at the pool to check in for the cabana, we were told the price was $387. When we mentioned we were quoted $250, the attendant said, "Oh, the people who answer the phone are just an answering service; they have no idea what they are talking about." We had no choice but to agree to the higher price.After an hour at the pool, it was closed due to an unspecified incident, and no one informed us when it would reopen. We were left in the heat with six kids for about 40 minutes, and when nothing happened, we decided to leave. The next day, I called to request a refund for the cabana, and the lady on the phone was the rudest person imaginable, showing zero personality or willingness to help. When I told her we wouldn't be returning, she said, "I don't care, do whatever you want." We will be going to ******* from now on.
