            Guinco Services DFW was assigned a repair job from Whirlpool, Job ***************, resulting from our warranty claim on a Whirlpool refrigerator. The refrigerator was purchased on August 13, 2021. The claim for repair needed was submitted through Whirlpool's website, accepted and assigned to Guinco Service. Guinco informed us they would be charging us $145 for diagnosis of the problem and more for the repairs. Guinco claims we are out of warranty; in spite of the fact that Whirlpool accepted the warranty claim and assigned the repair job to them, and the fact that i emailed Guinco a copy of the sales agreement at their request.

            W A ***** N G : D ****** T U S E T H I S C O M P A N Y . All they are after is money . FEES for this and for that and provide NOTHING in return . EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RELIABLE . Do your research on them . Im amazed they are still in business .

Unfortunately, these radiant burners are quite fragile, and we have little control over the packing quality or how the carrier handles them during shipping.
