      On 3/02/2023 I order a duster for ***** , I received the wrong size , so I followed all there return policy demands and shipped it back priority mail on 3/13/2023 , the tracking said they received it on 3/15/2023 at the front desk , I sent numerous emails and have heard nothing, yet they keep sending me emails of new merchandise, I want my money back or my code for store credit

      Purchased merchandise in February; returned it the end of February and was received by *** in receiving on March 3rd at 9:41am, per **** Have contacted several times to inquire about the refund of $68 and have not gotten any response to emails and thru ******** received and apology and then blocked and have yet to receive a refund or credit of any kind.

      Order ***** $ 164.96 I purchased 4 items from Life is Chic in late October 2022. When the order arrived one of the items was not as portrayed online. The item was returned to the Life is Chic warehouse in Edmond, OK on Nov 8. Their website advises to allow 6-10 days from return date for return to be processed. They would then send an email containing the store credit code. Since the item was returned I’ve attempted to contact their customer service via email 4 times and another 3 times via their messenger on their website. There has been absolutely no response to any of my emails or messages. Originally, I was fine with a store credit for the returned item but because of their awful customer service, I’d prefer a refund and so I don’t have to deal with them as they are untrustworthy and seem to operate using shady business practices. The returned item, the Love Me Always Shabby Lace Layering Slip Dress, cost $46.99.

      On Nov. 23, 2022, I placed an order for two items. When the package arrived one item was sent, and the invoice had the word refunded for the item which was not sent. I have emailed the company three different times and I have yet to receive a reply. The money has not been returned to my account. I even ask that a specific item be sent to replace the one which was not sent.I did not return anything. I was not breaking their policy for returned items.Order number ***** I ordered A Love Like No Other Vintage Inspired Beige Lace Duster Long Cardigan one size plus $79.99.I asked that Garden of Secrets Beige Lace Duster Cardigan one size plus $79.99 be sent as a replacement.I have neither the new item nor the money. I want this problem solved by this company.

      I placed an order for a BOHO MANDALA LIGHTWEIGHT KIMONO on 9/24/2022 for $44.99 plus shipping.It was shipped on 9/28/2022.It arrived on 10/01/2022. It wasn't what I expected as it had no front panels and I returned it on 10/03/2022. The tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** 71. I show it was received on 10/05/2022.Apparently, they do not refund money. I have sent repeated requests about the credit I was supposed to receive via email, their "contact us" portion of their website, and messages left at ************. I have received ZERO response.I am writing you in hopes that you can help resolve this issue. At this point, I would prefer my money be refunded as I would be hesitant to use this business again.Thank you,**************************

      Order *****. I mailed an item back which the business receive on October 11, 2022. I have not received a refund nor store credit. I have sent them an email to which they did not reply to. This is a very unprofessional business and they dont care about their customers. I am very frustrated. Their prices are also higher than other boutiques. I have seen the same items selling for less.

      On October 2nd, I purchased 2 articles of clothing from ************, ******, ** which totaled $139.98. The order number was 40122.On October 8th they were received.On Oct. 11th they were mailed back to them from the **** in ***************, **. with a tracking #************.They were sent back because they didn't fit right and added a note to please give me a credit.I have sent 2 messages to them asking about my credit from them and they have not answered either of my messages and no credit has been received.       I placed an order to Life Is Chic on 8/12/22. Total cost of purchase $254.95. I returned the “Somebody to Love Olive Embroidered Tunic” by UPS at a cost of $59.99 for store credit. The tracking number says that it was received on 8/22/22. I have emailed at least 3 times regarding the status of my credit. I also included a copy of the proof of delivery. I have received no response at all. The order number was ***** and the tracking number was ******************.

      I place an clothes order..when I recieved it..it had strongest chemical smell..so I returned it for credit...they have not gave me my credit...they ignore all my emails and that's the only way to reach them..

      I sent a order back for a store credit. The tracking bill  nformation says that it was received on July 9. I have emailed at least 5 or six times regarding the status of my credit. No response at all.The order # was ***** and the tracking # is **********************.
