Horrible service! My order was never delivered. I tracked my order to my home town, then it sat for several days before I saw it was sent back to the city of origin.. There is no # to contact them. I sent 5 emails with no response. I have finally escalated a claim with PayPal for a return. I will never shop this online store. If I could give them a 0 I would have.

Hi Lisa, I am sorry this happened to your order but we shipped promptly, we are not sure why usps was not able to deliver it as nothing was said on the package, but somehow usps returned the item to us as you stated was shipped and attempted deliver, by the time we received it back you had already opened a chargeback with paypal so you were already refunded by the time we got it back. We contacted you to see if you wanted us to ship the item but since you had already opened a paypal case and was refunded we couldnt do it. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding with the usps but we did our part shipping it promply and we were willing to reship but you already had a paypal case on the order. As several consumers have indicated, I ordered from this boutique for the first time in October. I had to return 2 of the 5 items that did not fit. I followed the return policy to the letter. I even sent it via *** at my own expense. I have the name of the person who signed for the package. I have contacted this company 6 times in the last 4 weeks to get information on my store credit. Not only have a used their gmail account, I entered a customer service request TWICE in their website. Not a PEEP back from them. I thought maybe they were closed but I still see them posting on ********** and comments are not shown - they turned that option off I'm sure because of the poor customer service. Really, it's not poor - it's worse - it is deplorable and unethical practices. Never never never buy from this place.Review from Heather V

I wore this for half a day and its coming apart. I love the items I have received, but I have reached out multiple ways, emails, FB, IG and have even posted on posts and no response at all. Very frustrating as I want to order more, but not with this crappy customer service ??Review from Jana S

I purchased 2 items from this shop, had to return them as they were not what I had expected. Returned them in the time frame and paid for return postage. I have yet to hear from them as far as a refund or store credit. Will never do business with them again and they owe me $100.00 dollar refund I know Ill never get backReview from Stacy P

6/2023: I ordered over ****** for three items that, of course, did not fit. Paid to ship them back and got ****** in store credit, minus their original shipping fees to me. I had signed up for their "buy now, pay later option" and after returning the items I saw a debit for ***** from my checking; this would be the first monthly payment had I KEPT THE DAMNED CLOTHES! I emailed Life is Chic and told them a company called AFFIRM debited my account to NOW debit me monthly for the STORE CREDIT!! I told Life is Chic to cancer my store credit and to get me reimbursed the ***** so I'm not paying for the credit. They said they're not using a company called AFFIRM. They're using another "after-pay- service." I told them to cancel my credit and tell THEIR service to reimburse me then. NO RESPONSE! CRICKETS. I will contact my bank to get me reimbursed and there better not be another charge against my bank account. Freaking thieves....Review from Brenda Y

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Horrible business practices. I purchased a poncho that was suppose to fit up to 3X. When I received the item it was about a size XS. I paid over $58 w/s&h. I didnt read the return policy in advance, they only give store credit and its got to be returned within 14days. So I immediately return as stated in the companys policy. I havent received the store credit nor response the several emails that I had sent to the company. I truly wonder if they are truly legit. I would love $56.79 back in cash but I definitely can find something on their site to buy if they would give the credit as promised.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, youre warnedReview from Debbie C

This company needs to be shut down. I purchased two items from them on February 7, 2023 and once it was received it was obvious the blouse was made with tiny sleeves. I immediately packed the blouse up and returned it to the Post Office. I followed the company directions regarding the return policy and never heard another one about a credit. I have emailed numerous times, and even sent a certified letter with proof of my purchase and information on the return. The order No. ***** was for a blouse that they charged me 54.99. I kept the necklace valued at 32.99. I have had no luck getting anyone to respond to my attempts. To me, this is theft because they are charging money for something that was returned to them.Review from J. A. C

After reading some negative reviews I did some more research and found even more negative information. When I posted the info I found to warn other shoppers the next thing I know I am getting messages from this company threatening me. Nothing I said was untrue and all of it is public knowledge online. Threatening me just proved what a low class business they are.
