    On 8/20/23, I took my car for a wash and upon existing the car wash my windshield cracked. It began as a crack about a foot and then extended to across my entire windshield.I filed the claim immediately and was informed that it would be researched. I heard back about 2 weeks ago that the they are not liable due to an existing crack and provided me with a snippet of my car with a chip but no proof that was before entering the car wash and video clip of another vehicle going through the wash rather than my vehicle.I requested images of my vehicle before and after the car wash and of the day before (as I was there the day before as well) showing the preexisting chip they claim was the cause and since then the company refuses to respond to my emails.Mind you my car is less than a year old, purchased brand new, and have been the only owner.If the company is certain they are not liable for the damage of my car, providing the documentation I requested shouldnt be an issue.

    Well, I cannot reply to the response I received on the horrible customer service from the corporate customer service department. (So have have to start a new complaint) The response back is incorrect. I washed my car 1 time after being charged $40 in March. I requested the refund on the 28th as that was the day it showed up on my bank statement. I did go to the car wash and made sure that all 3 of our memberships were cancelled and received 2 confirmation numbers on receipts. My husbands was about to end so I also cancelled his via phone. I washed my car on 4/25 (the day the charge shows in my bank account) as the girl at the carwash told me to go ahead and wash since I was there as a courtesy! She had excellent customer service skills! The problem is, there is no rhyme or reason to the date that your autopay system recharges so there is no way to know what day to cancel. However, when I cancelled a month before, I should not have to call a second time to cancel. You owe me back 2 - $40 memberships, you can subtract one wash in March if you are so *****. I expect a refund in my bank within 24 hours. Your response here was much faster than your return calls. I still have not received a call back from the manager, who is the only one who can refund since so many people have the same issue and are calling in to cancel and get the fees back that they were charged inconsistently! I will also gladly *********** months free washes on my husbands account if you are not planning to refund my money that you charged after I had cancelled ????????
