            on 2/17/2022 during construction on my easement. this company blocked off my mailbox. when I asked the guys to move it (nicely) a huge gentleman puffed up his chest and acted mad. Another individual had to intervene telling the guy to move the truck. I filed a compliant with the company they are contracted through but again today 2/18/2022 my mailbox and my driveway were blocked and when I asked them to move it a guy again became angry telling me they can do what they want and started shouting so I said if they aren't moved in 10 minutes I will have them towed and went inside. At that time the construction company while on my property, blocking my driveway and mailbox called the police on me going outside of their scope of work.

            This company was doing work for AT&T to lay fiber optic cables and managed to hit my gas line and my water line on the same day! The gas company had to come out while I was at work to repair the line and they shut off the gas to do so. I had to call them to come back and turn on the gas again. The water line was hit later in the day and we were without water for approximately 6 hours. After several hours we left and went to a hotel as we could not keep our kids here without water. The owner of the company was out fixing the water and I told him it was frustrating that they hit both the water and gas lines the same day and he said "It happens."

            I spoke to my subcontractor about the damage done to your gas line and water line. While the gas line was nicked when it was being located, the water line was out of their control as they had located the water meter, but the route of your water line was not expected to be under your driveway and that is why it was damaged. They worked as fast as they could to get it replaced so your water could get turned back on. We offered to pay for hotel and dinner.
