On 08/23/2024 @ 3:24 pm cst, My wife and I closed on a purchase of a 2024 ****** Double wide manufactured 4 bedroom with 2 bath home. During this deal the mobile home dealer added improvements into the loan package such as a drill water well and my wife and I did agree to the terms of the deal and signed it. As of today, we have not received the well which cost us a total of $9300. I have attached a copy of the Improvements Agreement dated 8/23/2024. I was actually told prior to closing that the figures in the deal would be changed after the closing date. My wife and I were advised not to say anything to the mortgage company about the dealership changing the figures until after closing. We had no idea what was going on. In the middle of this deal we were told that we had to sell our current mobile home because we couldnt have 2 homes on the property. So of course, we were displaced for approximately 2 months. We had to pay out of pocket for hotel expenses. This entire deal was a scam and now were paying for home improvements that we have not received. However, during the signing process our mobile home wasnt delivered until 08/09/2024. I have contacted the dealer numerous times and I have also informed the mortgage company which is 21st Mortgage of this issue with the mobile home dealership. The owner of the company which was ************************* has deceased unexpectedly since my deal closed. Ive been reaching out to ****************** whose the General Manager by text messages and also telephone calls and hes ignoring me. This issue hasnt been resolved and unfortunately havent gotten a resolution. Were asking for justice in this issue and would like to be compensated for the drill water well and out of pocket expenses we had to pay.Initial Complaint

We were in process of purchasing a home being built by a Red River Homes, based on their promise that everything was high end. Several times I inquired about the cabinets and was I told I would love them.(They did not have a model home to compare, but sent us to a custom home being built in same divsion) once cabinets were in, we found them to be of very cheap quality, and lacking in space & shelves. There were several things that we were going to have to upgrade and after several requests, were never given an itemized list of upgrade costs. We no longer felt comfortable purchasing the home and requested to cancel contract and requested return of our ******* money. They agreed, but never followed thru and now ignore our calls and email. A certified demand letter was also returned, undelivered. We would like our $3,080 returned.
