DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY. I purchased a power couch/recliner and got the extended warranty. It says accidental stains are covered but denied my entire claim due to 2 stains that were within the time frame. I asked to just clean the new stains and they continued to deny my entire couch bc they are no longer "up to standard". Wanted me to pay to "bring the couches up to standard". Even if a new stain on a different part of the couch was made forever won't be covered bc of one claim.

I was sold a protection plan when I bought my couch from Mor Furniture because I had pets. Finally had a need to use it and opened my claim 11/27/24. I was told 7-10 business days. I waited until 12/16 and hadnt heard anything so I followed up. I got a very short email back saying only we tried to call you 12/02. Ill reopen your claim and someone will contact you in ***** hours. I checked my call log, no calls and no VM from unknown numbers that day. I waited and no one called me again for 2 days. I called in 12/18, was told I could only talk to my claims person so she put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back and said my claims person was busy but she would call me back by end of day. No one called, so I called again 12/19. This person looked into my claim and told me nothing was covered, sorry the salesperson lied to me. The customer service person and I were not getting anywhere, so I told her to close it and ended the call. I called back to find out what IS actually covers and was told I had been placed on a supervisor callback list since I was unhappy with the decision. When the supervisor called she advise that I had requested a call, and had no further information for me. I was given the run around on this claim and the customer service is terrible. I understand my claim is not covered, but they never tried to contact me to tell me this. I had to call them 4 times to get any answer. They closed a claim after 1 ALLEGED contact attempt and didnt even bother to send an email advising of the closure, even though they have the email on file with the claim.

I purchased a set sofa and loveseat. The sofa needed a repair after 4 years and when a technician came out to look at the sofa I was told that the sofa could not be repaired in house. So instead of the insurance company sending my sofa out for the repair and the store no longer carrying the custom fabric they offered me store credit for one sofa or 97 dollars towards my warranty. The purchase is a set and I was refused a credit for both items. Now I am stuck with a loveseat that wont match the sofa and with the store credit I would have to purchase another loveseat wich I would have to come out of pocket over *******. The insurance company is not willing to pay for the out of home repair and not willing to come up with any other solutions. I purchase a five year plan which covered any repair for fabric rips stains etc. Also the insurance company told me that I needed to take my sofa to the store when I purchase a new sofa when originally I paid for the delivery. My insurance covered both loveseat and sofa but because there is no damage to my loveseat the insurance company will not honor the warranty for the set.

Purchased this warranty with our new 3 piece furniture set just over 2 years ago. After a year the recliner we purchased began peeling on a seam and the recliner was replaced. A year from that and the new recliner is peeling in the same spot, the frames of both the replacement recliner & the loveseat are cracked in multiple places which we did not realize until the furniture started to sway and creak when rocking, and finally our sofa has springs popped out of it. When I reported this to Furniture Care Protection **** with pictures of damage they processed my claim and told me they would send out a technician to make repairs. We waited over 2 months for the technician to arrive. He came and inspected all the furniture and claimed that the recliner was not on the work order and refused to inspect it, saying there was nothing he could do for it since it was not part of the claim. He then told us for the other 2 pieces of furniture he would have to order parts and come back after speaking to warranty company. 2 days later Furniture Care Protection **** Called me and informed me they were denying the claim on all 3 pieces of furniture. When I asked why they first claimed that the warranty did not cover internal damage and did not cover peeling furniture. When I asked the representative to clarify what the warranty did cover since they were denying coverage for internal and external damage, she proceeded to read the terms and conditions and stated while reading it that "peeling furniture and frame damage are covered". I stopped her at that point and stated that this was exactly the issues we were having with our furniture. She then changed her story and said they would not be covering the damage due to the fact that it was an accumulation of damage and not acquired in one recent incident. I asked her about the recliner peeling which had been covered before for the exact same reason and she stated that last time it was torn at the seam which was not true(I have pics)

My husband and I purchased 2 couches a few years ago from ****** furniture and had the warranty on them. The warranty would be expiring soon so I put in a claim online because the reclining mechanisms were messed up and the lift part wouldnt close (mind you they were out here 3 OTHER TIMES TO FIX THIS SPENT 5 MINUTES AT OUR HOME AND CALLED IT FIXED) so I called to check up on the claim, they stated they have no record of it and they didnt even have record of the times they came out here the 3 times in the past so its evident to me that they deleted all of our claims. So then I ask when they would be coming out here (because I did indeed put in the claim 2 months ago before the contract expired) they stated there was nothing that could be done because it was EXPIRED. VERY SHADY COMPANY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL UNTRUTHFUL EMPLOYEES. At this point we want our couches fixed the CORRECT WAY. Mind you we are never even home to sit on them because we both work full time jobs, the only time we sit on them is at night time before bed so that just tells you how much junk they really are and how much they fixed them in the past. I want a response immediately on this

I submitted a claim and told them how the stains happened and they put things in the claim I never said in order to deny the claim. I followed the instructions in the agreement and was still denied. I spoke with ****** who was very rude and key talking over me. This company has scam written all over it.

I've never experienced so much disrespect pertaining to business. No accountability, asked to speak the director of the facility and was given the run around. Everyone was a manager Everyone was a supervisor. I was told my insurance policy had expired that was a lie, I was the couch had to much damage , I asked how the would know that when it was just the leg of the couch I showed on the pictures. This company is a scam.

Nothing but a GIANT SCAM. They will not fix anything you make a claim on.

I submitted a claim for new couch cushion covers and they denied it without good reason. What is the point of a warranty if it doesn't do anything? This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

This company is worse then **************** Company's. I tried to put a claim in for my sectional and they denied it stating it was a seam separation. When I got this plan I was told that it would cover any damages to my sectional which is not the case. They are a scam and should not be in business.
