Prepaid using venmo for a one time riding event and a ****** in December. No other contract or information was provided about the payments or cancellations. We could not attend the one time event due to an illness and I requested a refund 24 hours ahead of the event. I was told no. After ugly texting with the manger, I did get the one time event fee refunded and was told we needed to go our separate ways. No other response from the manager or employees since. I have requested a refund via Venmo for the $45 prepaid ****** and no response after 3 days. I think this company should be investigated for their business practices and how they treat their employees and customers. If they are stealing $45 from me, odds are that they are taking from many many others in similar ways.Business response

We refunded the $45 on the18th, as seen in the attached screenshot.
She messaged after hours on a weekend when we had 2 events, which is why we didnt respond. Monday, during normal business hours, we refunded her Venmo account.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still think this business should be investigated
